The first update to the 1903 or May 2019 Update was released on June 19, 2019 with Bild 18362.175.
The second update was released on July 16, 2019 with Bill 18362.239.
The third update to this Windows was released on August 21, 2019 with Bild 18362.295; (the release date for this Windows MSDN was August 27)
The fourth update was released on September 25, 2019 with Build 18362.356.
